Products purchased online with shipment to the US and products purchased in stores in the US: click here to the FDA FORM (pdf)  for reporting all adverse events experienced by you. Use this form to report back to us any health-related event associated with the use of our  cosmetic products  that is adverse such as allergic reactions, rushes, etc. Fill it out, and send it to hello@tauerperfumes.com. We will collect and store this information and forward this to the FDA as we are responsible to report serious adverse events associated with the use of cosmetic products in the United States to FDA within 15 business days.
