The vetiver flyer is here
It arrived yesterday: A heavy box filled up with Vetiver dance flyers.
I love it! And it passed the test together with the canary yellow-golden ribbon I chose secretly; the combination works lovely, too!
Picture: Vetiver dance in its box with the yellow ribbon.
And finally, everything is in place to bravely take the next step: Filling up sample vials, and making samples ready! And this is your chance: Leave a comment and I will pick one for the first Sample Discovery Set, containing all samples of my fragrances, including the upcoming Vetiver. (the sample discovery set is no product available internationally. And the vetiver will be available starting October 4 on a regular basis).
Good luck!

Andy,
Congratulations on the continued progress towards the release of another one of your wonderful creations.
Have you gotten rid of your snails in your garden, and if so, how (may I ask)?
Please enter me in the drawing as well.

Hi Andy!. I am new to the comment section of this site but a frequent and devoted follower of your blogs. I just wanted to say I am a huge fan of your scents as I always rave about them on Basenotes. I am also a massive “green” scent fanatic. Once I heard you were making a scent with vetiver and other green notes i couldn’t believe it and I cant wait to try it. I live in Los Angeles and am anticipating the release of Vetiver Dance!! (great name by the way!!!) I hope I will be able to get a sample of the new vetiver dance. By the way, what is the anticipated release date! I need to make sure I get the first bottle from Scentbar in Los Angeles!! Thanks again and I really do look forward to trying this. If its anything like your past scents, I will for sure be delighted to smell the passion you put into your craft!!
Regards,
Khaled

Dear Zeram1

Hello Andy,
I’m so glad to know that in about a month’s time there is going to be a new facet to my daily life. Thank you and W. or any other factors for painting some additional colours onto my sky.

Hi Andy,
I'’m patiently waiting for October 4th to try the Vetiver Dance! The flyer is beautiful. I wish you much success with the launch!

Andy,
The package for Vetiver Dance looks stunning and I just might have to get myself a bottle when it launches in Oct! Have you ever thought of perhaps offering a coffret? something bigger than sample discovery set and smaller than the current 50ml bottles? I mean for someone that owns literally almost 1000 perfume decants/bottles it is very very rare that I ever use up a 50 ml bottle =) Just a thought!

This looks lovely, really sophisticated. Looking forward to try the frag.

The yellow ribbon is perfect.
To me, Vetiver Dance is so calming and dry. How is it that you do dry so well?
Ah, no need to spill state secrets, that was a rhetorical question. ;)
Best wishes to you, and of course I would love to be in the drawing for a Sample Discovery set.

Dear Sabina
Thank you very much for your compliments!
Dear Stefan
It is my true pleasure. And thank you for your lovely words, too.
Dear Sharon, maybe you will be lucky , will win the sample set and do not have to wait so long!
Dear Monika
Thank you for your lovely words. Indeed, it came to my mind before, usually after mails and queries from folks asking for it. It might be an opportunity to get a little bit more than a sample without having to worry about buying another larger home for the fragrance collection.
But right now: No specific plans from my side. Vetiver ’s first ;-)
Dear Catarina
Thank you!
Dear GalileosDaughter
Dry is easy….. you just have do… oups: Now I forgot. Have a wonderful evening

Ow doesn’t it look lovely Andy.. and that yellow ribbon matches perfect with the flyer.!
You know I had been thinking and maybe sometime in the future this gold-yellow ribbon with all the names of your perfumes woven in the ribbon (instead of the name Tauer), would be really a nice finishing touch.
It’s just an idea and maybe not even a good one but well, you know..;) I couldn’t help myself.
So october 4th will be noted on the calendar.

Andy:
I am newish to your scents having only ever smelled your L’Air du desert marocain but it is so lovely that I think of it often as I save up my pennies for my next trip to the Lucky Scent Store. Perhaps I should time my visit to coincide with yours. I’ve never been to a perfume event and it sound like it will be fun!
August 21st, 2008 at 8:08 pm
Congrats, Andy. I think the packaging looks fantastic. I’m wearing L’Air as I type this, actually ;) I missed out on the 100 vetiver dance samples a few weeks ago, so I’m hoping to get a sniff chance soon. Thanks for making such gorgeous scent adventures!

Ach, Herr Tauer!
Was ich mal sagen wollte..

Dear Marianne
Thank you for sharing your ideas! Great discoveries and great products started like this…with Marianne dreaming of labeled ribbons. Yep…. October 4 will be the day!
Dear Tina
I think so far it was always very funny. An easy going event, with some chatting, hugs, sniffing of course!, Andy talking about stuff and with Franco, Adam and Angela being lovely.
It would be great to get together!
Dear Rod
Thank you! My pleasure ..
Dear Simone
Yes, please explain. I think I did not get it yet. The importance of being earnest , I guess..hehehe
