fun and a blocked card
So this was fun and educative. Never before were the samples of my anniversary gone so fast! Faster than last year. And faster than at the last give-away thing (those who want to see the happy easter rabbit hopping around on the website again…click here).
Messages to learn: Next time I have to make it more complicated and make a quiz or so. And I am getting known in Far East it seems. There are some samples on their way to Japan, Korea (south), Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan.
And the US. Lots go of them on their way to the US! Most of them are on their way already, as I shipped 90 this morning, visiting the post office, making my woman in yellow sweat, and ultimately breaking the ATM (postomat it is called in Switzerland) with my old postcard. Well, to be honest, the stupid thing had troubles, refusing to take my card, and it got completely blocked with it after my intervention because I peeled off some stuff….after my visit, the post office had 90 samples to ship and an ATM to be fixed by a mechanic. And I have to order a new card.
Fragrant greetings to you all.
the samples…
the envelops, 90 of them, in paper bags, standing in the corridor ready to be carried to the post office…

Blocked card before a vacation is trouble, I had same incident and reception new card occupies time from us.
When you see on a photo all paper bags at once visually you understand that you have done titanic work.
Your yellow post fairy should concern validly you and appropriate to you a rank of the corporate client:-) - you bring in such income to post service of Switzerland.

Dear Vladimir
So the next time we will make a quiz and I have to see that I come up with a Russian question ;-)
The blocked card is not really a problem. First, I have more cards to play with and second, the replacement is already on its way. A phone call, 5 min of waiting and there we are….
And finally: Yes, with every year, I carry more parcels to the Swiss post offices. One day I will get the yellow medal of honor ;-)
Sending you fragrant vibes

Well, no wonder so many people want to try PRE-sniff of forthcoming perfume. It’s very interesting, since most of us never tried pre-sniffs, only ready to sale products :) Thank u for this opportunity, Andy!

Oh, I’m so jealous of the lucky people who are getting packages! I just found the blog today.
I have to say that there is something really satisfying about mailing someone a gift. I always leave to post office with a big smile on my face, “There! I’ve done it!”
And then you dig in to wait for the presents to land, which is another pleasure unto itself.
I feel the same way about writing actual pen and paper letters, which I have been doing more of lately. Some things shouldn’t be instantaneous. The wait is part of what makes it perfect.

Dear Jeff, my pleasure! and thank you for coming by… I have sent all of by now: Can’t take too long.
Dear TRex
I am sorry for you, but I run really out of samples by now. But please it is just 3 months until the scent will be available regularly. In shops nearby. And maybe there will be a give-away beforehand, but this time with a quiz!
Fragrant greetings to you!

Dear Andy, I’m really excited to receive soon your sample of my darling fragrance. It looks cute seeing all those envelopes waiting to be carried to your yellow fairy in those paper bags. One can also see the they know your name at “Volg”, I wonder what type of grape juice you buy there (just kidding).

it doesn’t surprise me how many people jumped at the opportunity of a free sample to an upcoming perfume. it’s a a testament to your excellence as both a perfumer and a marketer.

Ooh, I like the anti-spam question! Good exercise for my brain.
The sample (or one of the samples?) to Japan arrived today! Wow, that was fast. It turned a bummer of a day into a lovely one. Thank you! I’m enjoying it now. The citrus disappeared quite quickly on me, but I get sweetness, smoke, and earth (vetiver?) which will be lovely to fall asleep to.
