Ms roaring and a fragrance top on the list
When putting stickers onto bottles and bottles into boxes and ribbons around boxes there is not much you can do about your mind wandering around and ultimately off. Right now, the living room looks like being hit by a car bomb or a similar powerful entropy increasing tool. Thus, good reason to go to Berne, visit the office and worry about bottles tomorrow again.

While wandering off, here is an image of the scent apero that took place almost two weeks ago in Zurich, where folks could sniff the Incense extrême. The scent apero took place at the “Mirroir des modes”, as usual, featuring fashion of the twenties and early thirties (last century).
Ms. roaring twenties is somewhat stiff, but still standing upright and she might fall in love in my rose trials (more on these later…).
At the scent apero, I presented three natural extracts of Boswellia and the Incense extrême:
Boswellia carterii, steam distilled and C02 extracted
Boswellia serrata, CO2 extracted
In the Incense extrême I put Boswellia serrata CO2 extract. A lot. As a matter of fact, one forth (25%) of the sum of all fragrant materials in there is the CO2 extracted delight. I do not know about others, but with this concentration it must be top of the list in terms of percentage of natural incense in the fragrance.
Thus, for those of you visiting LA end of March: I think I will bring these three Boswellia extracts with me. Quite educative….
Fragrant greetings

Dear Andy,
The sample of Incense Extreme has finally reached me! It is a powerful scent to say the least, I see what you mean about the hight percentage of natural incense:) In the early stages it reminds me of my beloved Orris, which is great, because I miss it so…
Incense Estreme has a lot to say and doesn’t mash words, there’s a lot to be discovered when you put this scent on. I’m still figuring it out but I just wanted to thank you and congratulate you on another great fragrance!

Dear Andy, what remarkable photos - how many people will receive pleasure from a bottle with a grey tape!!!
What will remind them this smell? Of what they will think and about what to recollect? I think perfumery is still and an opportunity to get in the changed condition in time and space.
I am admired by the received samples.
It is possible shortly - Than smell Boswellia carterii from Boswellia serrata differs?
Hugs

Dear Veronica
I am glad you (finally!) got your sample in good shape. Powerful = extreme ;-)
Please take your time discovering it and its changing colors and shapes due to the naturals in it. Have a wonderful week end!
Dear Vladimir
The serrata and carterii are quite different, indeed. In a sense the carterii is rougher, more on the dry side, and the Boswellia serrata is softer, richer. A visitor at the scent apero mentioned that to her the two scents are like mirrors of where they come from:
Boswellia carterii from the Arab desert
Boswellia serrata from India
Fragrant greetings to you, glad you got your samples! and hugs from Zurich

Dear Jeff….trust me: There are
more bottles even than you see on this picture. Andy is busy these days ;-) Fragrant greetings to you!
Dear Maria
Oh, yes, I am coming to LA again and hardly can’t wait. I fly in March 27 and leave April 3. Somewhen in between I will be at Luckyscent’s and for a couple of days visiting Joshua Tree again.
I hope your students can be left alone for a day or two!
All the best at the end of this year to you and K.
