1,2,3…yours
Hurray: Holiday!
Contrary to our original plans we stay at home, having a dear guest for whom we take care and in between we enjoy: Summer. Yes. Finally. There is summer. We’ve already given up. A positive side aspect of staying at home: Time to do what should have been done since a long time, like cleaning up the shelves or sleeping after lunch.
Or labeling envelops. This little bag holds 80 envelops that are labeled in the mean time with a blue priority label, the green customs thing and the addresses and will find their way to a Swiss post office this afternoon. Provided Ms post woman will not fade while printing out the digital stamps, all envelopes should fly off today. The last time I did it, Ms post woman was not entirely happy. Like myself she does not like repetitive work. If she fades I will have to open up one envelop and reanimate her with some scented water. Thus, if you do not get it: You know who’s to blame.
In light of summer, the sun and my sleeping after lunch: From time to time there will be no post in the coming days….. but tomorrow we gonna lock at statistics. Sort of.

Enjoy your siesta (much needed I presume) and many thanks to you and the postwoman for all the hard work!
Can’t wait!

Ms Postwoman print the stamps herself?? Wow… here we get them ready printed (some selfahedsive, some you have to anoint with the fluid of choise LOL) and stick them on ourlselves. But if only Ms Postwoman knew what was in these envelopes, she would probably steal one of them, rub the content on in secret places and be a much happier woman alltogether. You might consider bribing her??
Hugs,
Ylva

Dear Andy, I wish you good holiday. And we need to hope submissively for favour Ms post woman.:)

Dear Ylva
Yes, they weigh the parcel (once) and then they print out some electronic stamp with bar code and THEY put it on (if you are brave enough to march in 30+ degree Celsius to the post office).
Of course, we also have the old fashioned stamps. But for 4.70 Francs (US envelop) I think the bar code thing is easier. And finally: Swiss as I am: No bribing!Never. Except…..
Dear Vladimir, thank you and I will see that I get the toughest post woman I can get in our post office. Fresh from the Swiss alps, all strength and vigor ;-)
Dear Helg
Thank you. A little secret: I could always sleep after lunch. I am closely related to lions in that respect ;-)

It’s so exciting to see that bag of envelopes, waiting to be mailed. Thank you so much for doing all that hard work of getting everything ready. I know what a drag it is filling out these little green things, and you have to do quite a few of them.
I’m all antsy already to receive and try your new creation!
Enjoy your summer break, and sleeping on the couch after lunch.

Enjoy your samples, all!
I missed out on this one. Another time, perhaps!

Andy, enjoy your vacation and your guest. Soon we will be enjoying more spice in our lives, thanks to you and the unbribable post woman.

Dear Sabina
I was filling those stupid green things over three days. I am not good in doing repetitive things and after 20, my brain falls asleep and I make mistakes. Fragrant greetings
Dear Leopoldo
I am sorry. The problem is…. I have no left. Except for a milliliter or so… There will be more eventually.
Dear Maria B.
Ms post woman was nice but totally exhausted!
Hugs to you

You may be happy to know they are already arriving in the U.S.!
I was lucky enough to be one of the recipients of the samples of this fragrance, and I am just blown away. It is both enveloping and intriguing, coy and nurturing all at once. I am still without words… I want to contemplate it a little more before I comment at length, but oh! It is just beautiful! I cannot leave it alone. The lasting power of the little bit I got on my fingers while handling the card I sprayed it on (I have not worn it yet– too special for half a day at work to be its debut in my life!) is very good and it’s lovely, lovely, lovely.
I held my fragranced card under my partner’s nose. He has high standards as a critic and he is one of those souls that damns with faint praise… a shrug and “nice” is as bad as “I hate this.” His eyes widened and he said “ohhhh… that’s — give it to me.” I gave him the card I had sprayed it on. He sniffed it raptly and thoughtfully for several minutes and then gave it reluctantly back. “I think I will like it better on a woman than on a man. But it’s wonderful… I love it.” So that’s both of us.

Dear Linda
Wow! Thank you for your long and wonderful comment! It truly feels wonderful to read your lines and what your partner said. I hope you will enjoy it on your skin too and wish you and your partner a wonderful “spicy” evening ;-) Fragrant greetings from Zurich
