Greetings from New York
Greetings from a lovely neighbourhood, a beautiful Sunday morning, Brooklyn in the sun under a blue sky. I forgot to bring my card reader for my digi cam, thus… no pictures in this post, but….some emotions. After yesterday’s LuiLei cocktail, we (Lui, Lei and me) are all still touched.
For me, this was a wonderful evening, with enough time to talk to all perfume lovers coming by, to chat and to hug each other. I am still very touched. I think I am a lucky man. Time to be grateful and thank you all who came by, to sniff and talk, some of you taking such a long ride!
And I am grateful that I got the chance to talk a little bit about how it all started and that we (me) are still a one-man show, trying to do something special, focusing on the scent, focusing very much on what goes into the bottle….
And it was great to do a little dissection of the RĂªverie, like sniffing the frankincense that goes into the RĂªverie. There were ah’s and oh’s …for good reason. This is dream stuff and one of these days I will have to do more with it…
But now: Time to go shopping and be a good consumer! Fragrant wishes from NY, Brooklyn.

I’m going to go to meet you @ Luckyscent on the 26th, very much looking forward to it. I hope you have a lovely time in Joshua Tree!

Oh, that sounds lovely. It must be wonderful to be able to actually listen to how someone thought about creating something and went about doing it; I am sure the audience must have been entranced.
Congrats and many wishes for the upcoming successes on the tour!

It was great meeting you and hearing the stories first hand. I’m constantly wearing Reverie now, as is my husband. It’s as wonderful as I wanted it to be. I hope you have a great time for the rest of your trip.

dear Helg
It was not only the audience, my too! Because I rarely, very rarely meet perfume lovers in flesh, especially US Americans. For me, this was very special and I think Amy and Don did a wonderful job as hosts.
Dear Gaia
Thank you very much. I am glad you like it and if I look around me right now, looking into the hills in the late afternoon soon, this part of the trip for sure is great!
Dera Gina and Lavanya…just three more days and then I will be there, if I get not lost somewhere on the LA highways ;-)
Greetings to you all for 29 Palms and Sharon: There will one day be another Tauer tour, for sure!

You know how I feel…
I wish I HAD baked for you.
Lovely Gaia and Ori, Amy and Don, and everyone.
I’m still living off the fumes of joy.
