Hope you will soon be back! I just discovered your lovely - and easily readable - site (I still am somewhere in the jurassic net wise). Besides, I live in Geneva! We are neighbours in tiny Switzerland. I’m usually dying to take the TGV to go sniffing in Paris, but now I’ll be dreaming of a CFF trip to Zurich to discover your scents.

Oh, my goodness! I had had to restrict my blg reading a bit for a few days because of a trip out of town and a job application to complete. Therefore, I had not seen that you had looked further into the question of “chypre or not.” Thank you for the thought you put into the matter. There seem to be many different definitions, but yours looks definitive enough, and I’m glad to have it.

I will probably meet you on Friday 27 April at the ScentBar in LA. My husband and I will drive from Monterey. Several hours, but so worth it.

I just received my bottle of Reverie au Jardin today. Andy, it’s amazing. Your scents last hours on me, I’m sitting here enjoying the lovely scent of this perfume on my skin, applied 6 hours ago. You’re a genius, thank you.

    Dear Aliki
Thank you for your comment. That sounds lovely, and whenever you are going to Zurich, give me a mail in advance… I will be delighted to talk about my scents! Maybe you will find some time on May 26th? It is always nice to meet fellow perfume lovers and chat. Greetings from NY

Dear Maria, it would be wonderful meeting you in LA. If you do the long trip, please drive carefully! After meeting lovely people, friends, perfume lovers yesterday in NY at our LuiLei Cocktail, I really , really look forward to going to LA and meeting the west coast folks. Let’s hope it will work out for you and enjoy your Sunday
    Dear Gina
Thank you so much. I hope you will enjoy my little green scent for a long time all the way into summer. Fragrant greetings from NY, where I just woke up and enjoy a beautiful sunday sun under a clear blue sky
