Finally: The picture made by Ernesto Kraehenbuehl on the wall. Ernesto is a wonderful man, family father, artist and friend. Whenever I see this picture, I think in him, sitting on the banks of the river Rhein, more or less where I used to sit when I was a boy.
Well, I guess there will be plenty of time to sit there, once I am pensioned. Live sometimes moves forward in circles.

Looks beautiful, Andy - after finishing my current bottle of L’air I can’t wait to get the next in this packaging - it is beautiful! I love this desert picture - it is so minimalistic and systematized and at the same time creates the illusion for dimensionality (I guess it is because of the different colours used for the sand-dunes) - just lovely.

I love how Ernesto changed in the last few years. In his last exhibition he had one large picture that needs more space than I could offer. Incredible photo-realistic on one hand (water with foamy waves), on the other hand abstract in a pop-art way!

A Warm Loving and Wonderful Happy New Year to you my dear friend Andy - and to W and the rest of your family!
Never mind these lesser than nice (I must confess that I’m totaly speechless reading some of them) comments and even if it’s easier said than done, don’t pay any attention to them. These people have absolutely no idea what it is to be an artisan perfumer and do it all from start to finish. Compared to some other nieche perfumers (natural and those not so natural) who sell their products at shamelessly high prices, yours are still affordable. Sorry, of my perfumed soapbox, you just take care of yourself and your loved ones and knw that what you create is magnificent.

Dear God Andy I’ve just looked at our blog and I can’t believe some of the comments you have attracted. Do you know I have to look at my own prices due to carriage charges, just general hike in essences - and our time - no one wants to pay for our time, our love and care - I suppose I can sneak a hike of price in because I’m no where near as well known - so it will pass unnoticed. But the vitriol that has come forth over a re-evaluation of a bottle of perfume for heaven sake is horrendous. Anyone would think you’d doubled the price of chocolate - now that would be bad news
A couple of those guys need to soap their keyboards - like my gran would soap my mouth if I said something ugly!!
