Baldini
One of the scenes that I liked most was Mr Baldini on his perfume organ, with his white kerchiefs, fiddling around and trying to decipher Amor and Psyche. A wonderful perfume organ, clean and everything so well aranged. Dustin Hoffmann was great in this scene, probably his best scene in the movie.

I wished, I had such a nice place…..

Instead, my creative feaver leads to a working bench that looks like a disastreous place… be it: I am curious to see what kind of pictures my interviewer will make. I will prepare some bottles and stuff in the living room, to provide an alternative to the creative stormy place.
Have a fragrant Friday!

The photo of you as Mr Baldini made me laugh. I would love to see the movie I can’t wait, I read the book 3 times now.
You should seen my organ right now all kinds of bottles everywhere. When you in a creative process you don’t think about keeping the place clean and decent.
I dilute all the oils and chems I have and keep them in bottles with a dropper, do you have diluted chems and oils as well or do you dilute while working on a fragrance?

I love it !
Real, often messy, and the way it is…
You’re a great Baldini, without the pretension.
Thank you for the lavender regards…
In the spirit of mutual affection, I send you wafts of Cognac, rain-drenched violets, aged Gouda, and the wet sandy seacoast of South Boston…
and kisses too, all over your petit mouton menton !

Hilarious montage - absolutely delightful! You look stunned. Have a wonderful evening Andy, and I hope the sniffage was a joy.

The look, Andy — it suits you! LOL. 17th Century hippie with a bottle of patchouli/lavender accord in hand, shouting “Eureka! My lavender conundrum is solved!”

My, I came late to this….
This is brilliant and funny! You ARE a modern Baldini!
The real situation does not diminish the work rendered however. After all Baldini had nothing on you. (remember how Grenouille ameliorates his creations?)
